But do you know how get there?
There is a little something called the Application Process.
It is basically a bunch of Admission Prerequisites you need to follow to bag a top admit.
After taking the GRE exam, the application process takes priority. Different universities start putting out their application forms, each having their own set of unique requirements, deadlines and price.
Collect the application forms for the universities that are the most suitable for you and start arranging for the specific requirements. Find out if the university requires just a single LOR or does it require more? If they need additional essays and documents? Once you have all the requirements ready try to submit the application form well before the deadline.

Your GRE score is the holy grail of your whole application process.
For the few of you who are not sure about what it is, GRE is a competitive exam which is a mandatory requirement to get into top universities in the US.

The only purpose of a LOR is to convince the University of your candidature.

Understand the significance of a LOR and the credibility it can provide to your application process. Shortlist people who can provide you with a precise LOR.
And what should the LOR be like?
Have a rough flow ready that can portray your profile in the best possible light. Also, make sure you discuss the same with the writer of your LOR.
Another major factor here is the clock
Make sure you follow up on your LOR’s and get them on time so that you can review and ask for the necessary changes from the respective person.
